Bonnie Raitt Saskatoon Concert reviews
Happy I got to see her in person
The concert was good. Standing in the pouring rain for 30 minutes to get in was not good. Bonnie was great, Roy Rogers was fantastic. I think at her stage in the game she is more interested in jamming with her band than entertaining the masses. Their skill as musicians is wasted on the general public anyway. Bonnie took creative liberties with classics that I wish she hadnt. I wanted to hear at least one that sounded like the songs we loved. But again, she has been doing this for over 50 years. Im sure its gets old. Still happy I went. She is a legend and I can say I saw her in person.
